Fix for Missing Downloads Menu in 8.1

If you've also missed the 'Open Containing Folder' option from the NS 8.1 Right Mouse Button menu for an entry in the downloads window, then try the attached tookit.jar, it just adds the missing menu items back from the 8.0.4 version. See this thread for a discussion

It's worked fine for me for a few days, but as always backup the original one before installing this new one.

To install:-

Exit NS8
Backup the original NS8 toolkit.jar in your:
c:\program files\Netscape\Netscape Browser\chrome folder
Download the one attached here to this folder.
Rename this new one to toolkit.jar

Note: This is only for NS 8.1, this feature seems to work fine in all other versions.

fwiw, all changes are commented, search on my id to find them.

Another good fix based on my limited testing, thanks. Any thoughts as to why they broke it in the first place?

Yep, in downloads.xul in 8.1 all but one of the menu options had been deleted.....!

I just added back the code from 8.0.4 (where downloads.xul was identical to the FF 1.08 ver).

After adding the code back the only addition in 8.1 is a spyware.js link, but as that is a 0 byte file, no new function was added with 8.1.

This may simply be a illustration of the quantity of new function that was still being added to NS8.
