Hilton: Jailed Again?
Barely a day after her surprise release from jail and apparent transfer to home confinement, Paris Hilton is back before the judge who sentenced her and who is reportedly Not Happy that she got out from behind bars. Do you think Paris Hilton should have to be behind bars instead of serving her sentence at home?
Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer is reportedly angry at having discovered his order committing Ms. Hilton to jail for 45 days appears to have been modified by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's office.
After Ms. Hilton reported to jail late Sunday night, some reports suggest that she was experiencing difficulties, perhaps emotionally; but there has been no confirmation of this.
On Thursday, Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca determined that the 26-year-old heiress was too ill to remain in custody, according to the Los Angeles Times.
She had been sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating the terms of her earlier probation, though that sentence was routinely reduced to 23 days for "good behavior."
What do you think should be done with Paris Hilton?
