For the second week in a row, one person on the Tony Isabella board -- the same person on the Tony Isabella Board each week, actually -- has successfully guessed the week's Theme after only 1 movie, but here's the wrinkle, he doesn't actually know what the Theme is.
It's like this. This person -- we'll call him Neil, because that's his name -- sent me a list of nine Theme guesses. One of them was actually correct. I told Neil that he had successfully guessed the Theme, as it was in his list of nine guesses. Then I told him that I wasn't going to tell him which of the nine was the actual correct guess. Rather I wanted to see how long it would take him to figure out which of his nine is the actual Theme. (I suspect he'll actually do that today for a variety of reasons, but I can't tell you those reasons without giving you too big a hint as to the Theme.)
Now I can't tell you Neil's incorrect guesses, because that would tell Neil which was the correct Theme by process of elimimnation. So I'll hold off on that. As soon as Neil tells me which one of his nine is the actual Theme, I'll give you the list of eight incorrect guesses.
I can, however, tell you one incorrect guess that someone else sent that Neil didn't think of. The Theme isn't Count Dracula
So now on to the second part of our games. Games in as here's the second clue, for most of you to figure out what the Theme is and for Neil to figure out which the Theme is. Here's the clue...
1947 Police surround the apartment of an apparent murderer who refuses to surrender although escape appears impossible. During the siege, the man reflects -- via flashback -- on the circumstances that led him to this situation.
Have a good day.
