Good morning all

With the ratification of all the governments of the present EC -Economic Community  it is the first step in what in effect will become the United States of Europe  and the Govermental Power of Europ will Federalise in Brussels (for now)-Change came like a thief in the night and do to Parliament in London what Guy Fawkes never did on that November 5th-long ago.

But like Toppsy will grow and grow.

The EU will speak as one mind on the world stage -the British Pound will slowly go-in favour of the Euro and laws and customs will become unified .

One hopes we do not have a civil war-as seems custom among such transitions.

The Political Power and Economy will grow  and without doubt the currency of the US Dollar will also decline,as the Euro becomes more universal. €€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€

I am waiting to see when britain and ireland start driving on the RIGHT side of the road -that will be a money maker.

There will be an explosion in cookery books  and Oktober Fests.

I look forwrd to perhaps seeing the Continental Breakfast change to an Ulster Fry Up.

And be able to get on a train at Cambridge in England and embark at Rome in Italy.

But mark my words- November 2009 will be the start of a new empire  on which the small of garlic never ceases

The President of France is hardly going to give up his catbird seat or any of his "privileges."

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Bev -don't tell everyone .And keep stum anbout the German National Anthem being a mission statement .
