According to Prevention Magazine these bad habits could be causing your back pain:
- You’re Chained to Your Desk
- You Have a Long Commute
- You’ve Been Ditching the Gym
- You Don’t Do Yoga
- You’re Addicted to Crunches
- You’re Not the Healthiest Eater
- You Carry Your Entire Life in Your Purse
- Your Mattress Is from Another Decade
- Your Bike Isn't Adjusted Quite Right
- You Have a Thing for High Heels
I am guilty of many of these back-breaking habits, because I sometimes sit at my desk, working on my computer for hours. I haven’t done yoga in a long time – I used to do Pilates three times a week. I do crunches almost daily- but I try to rush through them. I can see I need to change some of my bad habits.
