U.S. Denies Iran Bombing Accusation

America's Department of State today denied charges by Iran that the United States had a role in a bombing which killed or wounded more than 50 people today in Southeastern Iran.  Why do you think Iran is publicly accusing the United States of responsibility for the deadly attack?

CNN International this morning quotes Iran's parliamentary Speaker Ali Larijani as saying that:

  "We consider this recent terrorist act to be the result of the U.S. actions and this is a sign of their enmity."
 
U.S. State Department spokesman Ian Kelly is quoted as denying Iran's charges, calling them "completely false" and saying that:

  "We condemn this act of terrorism and mourn the loss of innocent lives. Reports of alleged U.S. involvement are completely false."

Do you think there is any serious threat of war breaking out between the United States and Iran?

Suicide bomber attacks Iran's Guards, kills 31

A lone bomber in tribal dress infiltrates what was to have been a reconciliation meeting between Shiite and Sunni tribesmen. Five Guard commanders are killed. At least 28 people also are wounded.

I don"t see how you cannot consider America or Israel, for
that matter, in not having some sort of involvement in the
Iran bombing. There is no question that the animosity
generated by these three governments is enough to create
